Unless otherwise noted, when you place your order, you will receive exactly the animal in the image on our website. We have been known to have as many as thirty photos of individual animals, all of the same species on our website for our customers to peruse. We do this for many reasons. First and foremost with so many different images the consistent quality stands out. It's hard to have junk with a photo of every animal available.
Another way for us to provide quality is by doing the wholesale business we do. With wholesale animals flowing through the store we have the opportunity to hand pick the very finest specimens for our retail customers. You do want the specimens that stand out from the crowd? Don't you? ;)
Our snake policy is simple. We never ever knowingly ship a snake with mites or other ectoparasites. We treat every snake we buy for mites using Frontline spray. We make sure all snakes are feeding well. We feed as many as five or six mice to small imported redtails before we offer them for sale. Because of this we have total confidence our snakes will perform well, eating and thriving for our valued customers. We employ similar policies with all of our animals.
